August is typically the month that this industry slow down in terms of sales and enquiries but for most businesses in the sector that we cover in Essex this is probably their busiest period and the thought of selling are put on the back burner whilst the focus is on maximising the holiday season and bringing in the income. Restaurants, Hotels, Pubs are all looking for good weather and people visiting Essex to spend their money.
